America Online Instant Messenger (AOLIM) is used by BugCentral for providing technical support for Bugcentral Customers Only along with E-Mail. AOLIM is a free utility from www.aol.com. Click the link below to get IM. You DO NOT have to be a AOL member to use AOLIM!

The "screenname" for BugCentral help is "BugcentralHelp". After installing IM:

1. Click on the ""List Setup" tab.
2. Click on an existing group and right-click.
3. Choose either "Add Group" or "Add Buddy".
4. The buddy name is "Bugcentralhelp".
5. Now whenever "bugcentralhelp" is online, you will be notified! Simply send an IM to this name and help will be on its way!

AOL IM help will be available from 9 AM to 12 PM ET Monday thru Friday. If "bugcentralhelp" is online at any other times, you will be notified if you add "bugcentralhelp" to your buddies list.
