1. Enter your e-mail address in the sign-up box to the left.

2. Click the "Free Trial Offer" button.

3. Complete the brief trial sign-up form.

4. When you receive a follow-up e-mail from BugCentral.com, click the link to activate your trial.

Your trial gives you access to the full feature set of BugCentral.com absolutely free for 2 weeks.

What happens to my trial project data when my free trial is over? back to top

The data collected during your free trial period remains completely intact should you decide to become an active BugCentral.com customer. When you add billing information to your project profile, your project automatically becomes an active customer account. It's as easy as flipping a switch, and you can keep using BugCentral.com without missing a beat.

How do I purchase BugCentral.com? back to top

To become an active billing customer:

1. Log into BugCentral.com.

2. Select your trial project.

3. Under the Admin Menu, select Update Account Information.

4. From the Project Profile screen, complete the Billing Information section with your billing address and method of payment (credit card, invoice, or purchase order).

5. Select "Save Project".

Once your billing information is complete, your account automatically becomes active, and you can continue using BugCentral.com with all of your trial project data intact.

How much does it cost? back to top

BugCentral.com billing is based upon monthly activity. Billing occurs at the beginning of each month, based on the number of projects and users that are active during the prior month. If a project is not active during the month (no users log on), there is still a fixed price fee for having the project still open but you are not charged for any users. To stop all billing, the project MUST be deactivated buy the customer.
