Terms and Conditions

- BugCentral.com will not release or share any information contained
within the BugCentral.Com databases.
- Users may not use our services to send unsolicited bulk electronic
mail (e-mail). Violation of this rule may constitute grounds for
account(s) termination.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Accounts are in default
if payment is not received within 14 days after the date of invoice.
If your payment is returned to us unpaid, you are immediately
in default and subject to a returned check charge of $25 from
us. Accounts in default will have their service interrupted. Such
interruption does not release you from the obligation to pay the
hourly, monthly or annual account charges. Only a written request
to terminate your service relieves you of your obligation to pay
the monthly or annual account charge. BugCentral.com does not
issue refunds for unused services.
- BugCentral.com makes no warranties of any kind, either expressed
or implied, for services that we provide. BugCentral.com disclaims
any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
in regard to its services. BugCentral.com will not be responsible
for any damages that you and/or your business may suffer, including
but not limited to: loss of income, loss of data, delays in service,
non-deliveries, missed deliveries, extemporaneous costs (such
as telephone company charges for calls or access fees required
by any subscription services or equipment upgrades), or service
interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions
or acts of God (thunderstorms, floods, etc.).
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BugCentral.com from
any claims resulting from your use of its services or any part
of its services through which or from which damages to you or
to another party occur.
- If you selected credit card as your monthly payment preference:
credit card accounts will be charged automatically on the first
of each month. The cardholder agrees to pay all charges according
to the card holder agreement until a written request to terminate
service is received by BugCentral.com
- Rates are set forth on the BugCentral.com Service Agreement.
BugCentral.com will provide 30 days written notice of an increase
in our prices. You will then have 14 days from the date of this
notice to provide BugCentral.com with a written request to terminate
service and incur no liability. Otherwise you will be billed at
the new prices.
- You may not make your password available to others, nor allow
someone else to give their password to you or use your account.
You may neither attempt to find out the password of another user,
nor abet such attempt by any other person.
- These terms and conditions, unless amended in writing and approved
by all Parties, supersede all previous representations, understandings
or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with
terms and conditions of any order submitted.
- Submission of the signup form constitutes acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
